Privacy Policy
We don’t need your email. Your wallet and your public flex are the product.
1. What we collect
- Public post data: nickname/brand, message, GIF/image URL, optional link, tier/amount, post type
- On-chain data: wallet address, transaction signature, USDC amount (public ledger)
- Device storage: localStorage previews / recent burns in your browser
- Technical logs: standard CDN/hosting logs (IP, user-agent) may exist
2. What we do not collect
We never ask for seed phrases, private keys, or passwords. Signing happens in your wallet (e.g. Phantom).
3. Why
To display the wall and Vegas strip, moderate abuse, operate the service, and meet legal duties.
4. Public by default
Wall content and related wallet/tx data are effectively public. We do not promise anonymity.
5. Retention
Chain data is permanent. Browser local data can be cleared by you; once something has been seen or copied, full erasure is not guaranteed.
6. Contact
Privacy requests go through the operator channel. On-chain records may be undeletable.
